Greece vs Italy | Euro Cup Qualification

The Azzurri have an excellent recent defensive record and we think they can keep another clean sheet when they head to the Greek capital this weekend
The top two sides in Group J meet on Saturday evening in Athens as Greece host Italy.

The Azzurri have won both of their matches so far, overcoming Finland and Liechtenstein as expected, while the Greeks have four points from a possible six after an unconvincing win over Liechtenstein and a draw with Bosnia.

These two sides have met only once in the last 30 years, with that sole clash being a friendly which finished 1-1 in 2008.

The most notable inclusion in the Italy squad is Torino forward Andrea Belotti, who netted 15 times this season, although Serie A top scorer Fabio Quagliarella is likely to start up front. Goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is out injured so there is a call up for Atalanta stopper Pierluigi Gollini.

Greece lost 2-1 in a friendly against Turkey last weekend, but were without first choice centre-back pairing Kostas Manolas and Sokratis Papastathopoulos, who will both return this Saturday.
